Roof accuracy

The roof age that's
actually right.

Assessor data over-states roof age — a re-roofed 1970 home reads as 50+ years. CurbSight caps the estimate and shows its source, then lets a rep log what they see at the door. That one note updates the score everywhere — the living roof-age system.

  • One canonical estimate: field note > AI satellite read > remodel record > year built (capped).
  • Every reading shows its source + confidence, so the number is trusted, not guessed.
  • A rep's note teaches the system — accuracy compounds with every door.

Pre-storm alerts

Know before the
hail lands.

Every other tool tells you a storm happened — after the fact, after the homeowner's already been doorknocked. CurbSight watches the forecast and pings you 1–6 hours before hail hits your territory, so your team is first to the door, not fifth.

  • Predictive storm modeling on a ~10-minute loop — proactive, not reactive.
  • Alerts scope to your zips: which neighborhoods, how many homes.
  • First to the door is the whole game — and no incumbent has this.

Contact intelligence

Reach the owner,
not a dead line.

Most tools hand you one number and hope. CurbSight skip-traces 2–3 ranked candidates — most-likely first, with line type and a do-not-call flag — so a rep dials the number that actually picks up. Need a mail campaign? Export the whole territory, mail-merge ready, in one click.

  • Ranked candidates (reachable → non-DNC → score), not a single guess.
  • DNC flags surfaced up front, so reps stay compliant.
  • Cached per property — the same number is never paid for twice.

Close the loop

Nothing falls
through.

The lead is only half the job — reps lose deals between the knock and the close. CurbSight logs the door, sets the follow-up (synced to the rep's Google Calendar), and folds the callbacks into an optimized multi-truck route. One system from first knock to scheduled return.

  • Multi-state knock log with notes, geo-stamp, and a follow-up date.
  • Follow-up reminders + Google Calendar sync — the rep never forgets.
  • Callbacks roll into optimized routes (self-hosted, no per-stop fees).

FAQ

Questions before
you sign in.

How is CurbSight different from HomeAdvisor or Angi?
HomeAdvisor and Angi sell shared leads — the same homeowner is sold to four contractors at once, and you compete to call first. CurbSight is the opposite: every property in your dashboard is yours alone, no per-lead fee, no shared bidding. You prospect proactively from public-records data instead of reacting to a marketplace.
How is CurbSight different from Sales Rabbit?
Sales Rabbit shows you every house and lets reps mark them as you knock. CurbSight shows you only the houses most likely to need work — ranked by a composite score built from year built, hail exposure, owner status, and property value. Signal vs noise.
How is CurbSight different from AccuLynx or JobNimbus?
AccuLynx and JobNimbus are CRM and project management tools — they help you manage jobs you already have. CurbSight finds the jobs AND includes a built-in PM module (kanban board, job tracking, photos), so you don't need a separate CRM until your operation grows past the basics.
What data sources does CurbSight use?
Three categories: county GIS APIs for parcel data (year built, square footage, exterior material, owner name, value); NOAA Storm Events Database for hail, wind, and tornado history; Google Maps Static and Street View Static APIs for satellite and street-level imagery. All public, no scraping.
What areas does CurbSight cover?
Currently Oklahoma counties (Tulsa, Wagoner, Kay), with Texas, Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, and Nebraska next. National coverage is targeted for end of 2026. If your county isn't supported yet, request a sample territory and we'll prioritize it.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 10 days, free, no credit card required. We build a sample territory for your service area, load it with scored properties, and walk you through the dashboard on a 30-minute call. Keep using it for 10 days; upgrade to a paid plan whenever you're ready, or walk away — no charge either way.
Does CurbSight include phone numbers?
Phone numbers are included on Pro and Enterprise plans via skip trace integration. Starter includes owner names and addresses but not phone numbers.
Is there a contract?
Month-to-month. Cancel anytime. No long-term commitment, no setup fees.
