CurbSight vs JobNimbus

JobNimbus is a great CRM for the jobs you already have. CurbSight scores every property in your territory before you knock — and includes the kanban board, photos, and activity log when the lead becomes a job.

The short answer

JobNimbus is widely used in roofing because it does CRM and project management well — kanban boards, customer records, photo management, estimates. What it doesn't do is find the leads. CurbSight is both: a scored-lead engine on the front end and a full PM module on the back end. If you're paying for JobNimbus AND a separate lead service (HomeAdvisor, Sales Rabbit, AccuLynx leads), CurbSight is one tool that replaces all three.

What JobNimbus does well

JobNimbus is a category leader in roofing CRM for good reasons. Their pipeline customization is best-in-class, their photo management for damage documentation is mature, and their integrations with EagleView, Xactimate, and other roofing-specific tools are well-built. If your bottleneck is managing 50+ active jobs at once, JobNimbus is a serious tool.

Where JobNimbus stops

JobNimbus is CRM-shaped. It manages relationships and jobs you already have. It doesn't help you discover new ones — that piece of the funnel is left to you. Most JobNimbus customers we talk to are paying separately for a lead source: HomeAdvisor shared leads (per-lead pricing, competitive bidding), a door-knocking app like Sales Rabbit, or in-house cold-calling lists. Those costs add up fast and they're not integrated with the CRM in a useful way.

Why CurbSight is different

CurbSight does both halves of the funnel. The front half is scored leads: every residential property in your territory ranked 0-100 using public records, NOAA storm data, and satellite imagery. The back half is project management: a 14-stage kanban board with activity logs, property intelligence on every job, photo grids, and customer records. When a high-scoring lead becomes a sold job, it stays in CurbSight — the property intel, hail history, and pitch context come with it.

  • Property intel persists from lead to job — PropertyIntelCard shows the rep what they saw at the door
  • Insurance-Readiness Score tells you which jobs are pre-qualified for claim work
  • No second app, no manual data entry between CRM and lead source
Choose CurbSight when
  • You're paying for both a CRM AND a lead source separately
  • Your motion is hail/storm-driven and you want the lead intelligence + the job tracking in one place
  • You're under 50 simultaneous jobs and want flat pricing instead of per-seat
  • You want insurance claim windows surfaced directly on the lead
Choose JobNimbus when
  • You already have a strong lead pipeline and just need world-class CRM
  • Your business runs heavy on EagleView / Xactimate integrations and CurbSight's roadmap version isn't enough yet
  • You're 50+ simultaneous jobs and need the maturity of JobNimbus's customization

Pricing

JobNimbus pricing is per-user per-month, plus add-ons for advanced features and integrations. A 3-user roofing company on the standard plan typically runs $300-600/mo just for the CRM, then layers on EagleView ($50-500/measurement) and a lead service. CurbSight's Pro plan is $1,500/mo flat: 10 territories, scored leads, the PM kanban, phone numbers via skip-trace, and the full feature set.

Frequently asked questions

Will CurbSight replace JobNimbus completely?
For most small-to-mid roofing companies, yes. CurbSight has the kanban board, photos, activity log, and customer records that JobNimbus is known for, plus the scored-lead engine JobNimbus doesn't. For very large operations with complex pipeline customization needs, JobNimbus's depth of customization may still win. We're transparent about that.
Can I import my JobNimbus data?
Enterprise plans include white-glove onboarding which covers JobNimbus exports if you have them. We'll bring across customers, active jobs, and pipeline stages. For Starter and Pro, JobNimbus exports a CSV and we provide import templates.
Does CurbSight have EagleView integration?
Not yet — that's on the roadmap (replacing rather than integrating with EagleView is part of the long-term plan: roof measurements from satellite imagery without the per-report fee). For now you can run EagleView reports separately and attach them to the job in CurbSight as PDFs.
Ready to see your scored territory?
We'll build a sample territory for your service area, walk you through the platform, and answer questions on a 30-minute call. No credit card.
