WHAT CURBSIGHT IS

Know which roof to knock on. Then run the whole job.

Curbsight is a lead and CRM platform for roofing and the home exterior trades. Every residential property in your territory sits on a map, scored and ranked by how likely it is to need work, with the storm footprint drawn over it. The job that starts at that door then runs to completion in the same app — no second subscription, and nothing typed twice.

THE PRODUCT COMES IN TWO LINES
LINE ONE

Knocker

The field app, for the person at the door.

Canvassing that works on any address in the country. Reps get a map of the street they are standing on, log every door in one tap, and pull the owner's name and phone on the spot. Nothing to set up and no territory required.

  • Every building on the map, anywhere in the US — tap a house, log the knock, it files itself
  • One-tap outcomes, GPS-stamped and timestamped, with notes
  • Owner name and phone on any address, on demand
  • Optimized routes between doors with no stop cap, handed to the rep's own nav app
  • Streaks, goals, achievements, team leaderboard and a weekly report card
  • Follow-ups with reminders, and a calendar that syncs
  • A native app on iPhone and Android, built for one hand and a driveway
BEST FOR
A crew that wants to knock better anywhere, today, without claiming a market.
Non-exclusive. Per seat. Available everywhere.
LINE TWO

Leads + CRM

The platform, for the company running the work.

Everything in Knocker, plus the two things that change the shape of a roofing business: a territory where every roof is already scored and ranked before anyone leaves the truck, and a back office where the job that starts at that door finishes without being re-typed.

  • Every property in your territory scored 0–100 and ranked, by a proprietary engine
  • Radar-verified hail footprints drawn on the map, street by street, with the claim window counting down per roof
  • Alerts before a storm lands in your territory, and new hail on your map the next day
  • Roof age, roof measurements, owner, and imagery already attached to every property
  • A CRM where the job is born carrying all of it — no cold record, no re-entry
  • Estimates that draft themselves from real measurements, with no per-report fee
  • Photo documentation, supplements, invoicing, payments and the back office in the same app
BEST FOR
A company that wants the next job found for it, and the whole job run in one place.
Exclusive. One company per market.
BOTH LINES RUN ON THE SAME APP
Native on iPhone and Android for the field, and on the web for the office. The same job, the same map, whichever screen you are in front of.

The distinction that matters: in Knocker a pin means here is a house. In a territory, a pin is a roof that has already been scored, checked against the storm record, and ranked against every other roof on the street.

What the map actually tells you

Most tools hand a crew a blank map and a list. Curbsight starts from the opposite end: the map arrives already ranked, so the first decision of the day — where to go — is made on evidence instead of on what looks worn from the road.

  • A 0–100 score on every property, highest first, tuned to the trade you work
  • Radar-verified hail footprints painted street by street, not county-wide averages
  • The insurance claim window counting down on each affected roof
  • An estimate of roof age that sharpens every time a rep logs what they saw at the door
  • Street-level and satellite imagery, so you see the house before you walk up to it

How the score is built is ours and stays that way. What it does is simple enough to check on a demo: it puts the roofs most likely to need work at the top of the list.

What happens after the yes

This is where most stacks come apart. The lead lives in one app, the photos in another, the estimate in a third, and the invoice in a fourth — so the same address gets typed four times and the job stalls between them. In Curbsight the job file is born already carrying what the rep knew at the door.

  • A pipeline with stages you rename to match the board you already run
  • Estimates that draft from real roof measurements, with no per-report fee
  • Photo documentation that files each shot to the right house by itself
  • An insurance supplement builder in the same app as the job
  • Invoicing, homeowner payments, and a books sync so no number is re-keyed
  • A no-login tracker page the homeowner watches instead of calling you
  • Time clock, commissions and team performance for the people side
WHO IT CHANGES THE DAY FOR
The owner
Stops buying shared leads and stops paying four subscriptions to move the same facts between them. Sees where the work is before competitors do, and can tell on a Friday what every rep actually did.
The rep
Knows which doors are worth the walk before the truck stops, and stops losing evenings to data entry. What he learns at the door improves the map for everyone.
The office
Job files arrive already filled in. Photos file themselves to the right house. The estimate, the supplement, the invoice and the books are one continuous thing rather than five.

Where it works

The field app works nationwide, on any address. The scored intelligence layer is live across markets in Oklahoma, Texas, Minnesota, Louisiana, Nevada and Utah, and any US county can be stood up on request in days rather than quarters.

We would rather say that plainly than imply national coverage we have not built yet. If your market is not live, it is a scheduling question — bring it to a demo and you will get a date, not a maybe.

Common questions

What is Curbsight?
Curbsight is a lead and CRM platform for roofing and home exterior contractors. It scores every residential property in a territory so a crew knows which roofs are most likely to need work before anyone knocks, and then runs the whole job — canvassing, CRM, estimates, photo documentation, supplements, invoicing and the back office — in the same app.
What is the difference between Knocker and the full platform?
Knocker is the field app. It works on any address in the country, gives reps knock tracking, routes, gamification and owner and phone lookup, and requires no territory. It is per-seat and non-exclusive. The full platform adds the scored intelligence layer — every roof in your market ranked, with verified hail footprints and claim windows — plus the complete contractor back office. That layer is exclusive: one company per market.
Who is Curbsight for?
Roofing companies first, and the other home exterior trades — siding, gutters, windows — plus solar, HVAC and painting. There is also a recurring-service line for route businesses such as bin cleaning, lawn and pest. It fits owner-operators and multi-crew companies alike; the field app is the same either way.
Does Curbsight replace my CRM?
Yes, for most roofing companies. The pipeline has stages you edit to match the board you already run, estimates draft from real roof measurements, photos document the job, supplements and invoicing are built in, and the books sync. The difference from a general CRM is that a job is born already carrying the score, roof age, storm history, owner and imagery, so nothing is re-typed from a lead tool into a separate system.
Where does Curbsight work?
The field app works nationwide on any address. The scored intelligence layer covers live markets across Oklahoma, Texas, Minnesota, Louisiana, Nevada and Utah today, and any US county can be stood up on request in days rather than quarters. If your market is not live yet, that is a scheduling question, not a roadmap one.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes — a native Curbsight app on both the iPhone App Store and Google Play, plus the full web app for the office. Reps work the map, log knocks, capture photos and run the CRM from the phone in the driveway; the same job is on the desktop when the office opens it.
What does Curbsight cost?
Pricing depends on which line you are on and how many seats and territories you need. The current tiers are listed on the Curbsight homepage pricing section, and a 30-minute demo will map them against what you are paying now.

Looking for the numbers? Tiers and seat counts are on the pricing section. Curious who builds it? That is here.

Thirty minutes. We build a sample territory for your service area, put the scored map in front of you, and walk one real job from the knock to the invoice. If it is not a fit for where you are, we would rather say so on the call.
