Curbsight isn't HIPAA compliant today, so we don't build features that store health records, treatment details, intake forms or before-and-after photos. Those features wait until we've met those requirements. Your platform covers the front desk.

How much does it cost?
The first call is free. If it's a fit, the next step is a $1,500 plan and prototype, credited toward your build. You get a written plan, a clickable prototype and a firm price before any build starts. After that there's one monthly fee for hosting, updates, support and new features.
Have you built this for a med spa before?
Not yet. The platform running today was built for a roofing company. The parts most businesses need already work: customers, scheduling, proposals, payments and texting. The plan and prototype step is where we find out what's different about yours, and if it's not a fit, you'll hear that.
Can it hold health records?
No. Curbsight isn't HIPAA compliant today, so it doesn't store health records, treatment details, intake forms or before-and-after photos. Those features wait until we've met those requirements. If you need them now, use a system built for that, and we'll tell you so on the first call.
Is my client list a health record?
It can be, depending on how your spa operates. Ask your lawyer. We need that answer before any build starts.
