Does Curbsight Have a CRM? A Tour of What's Inside

Sol·Founder, Curbsight·Updated July 12, 2026·6 min read
The short answer

Yes. Curbsight includes a full contractor CRM: a drag-and-drop pipeline with stages you edit to match your board, self-drafting estimates from real roof measurements, photo documentation, an insurance supplement builder, invoicing with QuickBooks Online sync, material ordering, homeowner texting, and a commission engine. It is not a lead tool you run beside a CRM — it replaces the CRM.

Where the confusion comes from

Curbsight started life as property intelligence — the scored map that tells reps which doors are worth knocking. That layer is still the moat, and it's still how most people first hear about us. But the platform stopped being just a lead source a long time ago, and some corners of the internet haven't caught up. So let's be precise about what's actually inside.

Jobs are born, not built

Every CRM on the market shares one design flaw: the job record starts empty. Your rep spends twenty minutes at a door learning everything about a property, closes the deal, and then someone re-types a name and address into a blank form. The storm history, the roof age, the photos, the conversation — left on the doorstep. Curbsight's CRM works the other way around. Every job starts as a property that's already in the system, so the job file is born carrying the 0-100 score, the roof age estimate, the hail history with the claim-window countdown, the owner details, and the imagery. Nothing gets re-typed, because nothing has to move between tools.

The tour

What's inside, in the order a deal actually flows:

  • An editable pipeline — drag-and-drop stages that mirror your existing board 1:1 when you migrate, not a fixed workflow you bend around
  • Self-drafting estimates — real roof square footage measured automatically from aerial data, no site visit, no per-report fee; the estimate drafts from measurements and your pricing, the rep adjusts and sends
  • Photo documentation — an in-app camera that GPS-files every photo and video to the right property, with tag-at-capture and AI-generated photo reports
  • An insurance supplement builder — the storm data backing the claim is already attached to the property
  • Invoicing and payments — the estimate rolls into the bill, homeowners can pay online, and Curbsight tracks payment against each invoice
  • QuickBooks Online sync — invoices, payments, and time-clock hours mirror to your books without double entry
  • Material ordering — supplier-ready orders built from the job and costed against it
  • Homeowner communication — text from the property record; every job can generate a public, no-login status page the homeowner watches
  • Back office — time clock, incentives, a commission pay engine, editable team KPIs, and an AI coach that reads each rep's week

What it replaces

For most teams, this consolidates a canvassing app (Sales Rabbit), a CRM (AccuLynx, JobNimbus, or Jobber), a photo-documentation subscription (CompanyCam), and per-report roof measurements — into one bill. The pipeline mirrors your old board when you import, and the customer-book importer geocode-matches every record to its actual parcel, so even your migrated history arrives property-enriched.

The honest gap

Deep Xactimate integration is still AccuLynx territory. If your entire volume is Xactimate-first insurance work end to end, they're ahead there today. That's the one concession — and we'd rather name it than have you discover it.

Frequently asked questions

Is Curbsight's CRM an add-on or included?
Included. The full CRM ships with the Pro tier ($1,500/month, 10 seats) — pipeline, estimates, photos, supplements, invoicing, QuickBooks sync, and the back office. There is no per-module pricing.
Can I migrate from AccuLynx, JobNimbus, or Roofr?
Yes. Curbsight imports your existing customer book and geocode-matches every record to the actual parcel, and your pipeline stages are mirrored 1:1 so the board looks like the one you left.
Does Curbsight replace my estimating tool?
For residential exterior work, yes — roof measurements come from aerial data automatically and the estimate drafts itself. There are no per-report measurement fees at any volume.
