The Curbsight app connects a home-services company's field work — customers, jobs and door-knocks — with HubSpot contacts and deals, so nobody re-types anything between the truck and the office. This page is the complete guide: install, configure, use, disconnect, uninstall, and what each of those does to your data.
Everything is on the HubSpot card on the Money page. There is no separate settings screen.
Automatic. Once connected, Curbsight syncs on its own: a change in Curbsight is sent to HubSpot within seconds; contacts created or edited in HubSpot are pulled at least every ten minutes; and a sweep every two minutes retries anything HubSpot asked Curbsight to slow down on. No manual step is required.
| Direction | What happens in Curbsight | What appears in HubSpot |
|---|---|---|
| Curbsight → HubSpot | A contact or Book customer is created or edited | A contact is created or updated, carrying the Curbsight link |
| Curbsight → HubSpot | A job is marked won | A deal is created in your chosen pipeline and stage, with the Curbsight link and Curbsight stage |
| Curbsight → HubSpot | A rep logs a door-knock outcome | A note on the contact's timeline |
| HubSpot → Curbsight | A contact is created or edited in HubSpot | Pulled into Curbsight Contacts; with a street address it also becomes a Book customer and a door on the map |
Read and write scopes are used in both directions for contacts. Deals and notes flow one way, Curbsight → HubSpot; Curbsight reads your deal pipelines only to offer them in the pipeline chooser.
Manual. Sync now drains the queue immediately instead of waiting for the sweep. Pull contacts runs a contacts pull now. Preview shows what the next sync would write. The card always shows the last sync time, how many rows are queued, held, or need attention, and which scopes HubSpot refused, by name.
There are two ways to remove the Curbsight app from a HubSpot account; either one works.

Common questions: “The card says a scope was refused.” Your HubSpot user lacks permission to create properties — connect as a Super Admin, or ask one to. “A won job didn't become a deal.” Check that a pipeline and won stage are chosen and that write-back is switched on; held rows are counted on the card. “A HubSpot contact isn't in Curbsight yet.” Click Pull contacts, or wait — HubSpot is checked at least every ten minutes.
