Radar-confirmed hail footprints, opened over Ottawa County. Drag to follow a storm across county lines; the map is the whole country. A county with no footprint drawn has no radar-confirmed swath on record yet, and its 52 NOAA events still stand.
This page holds every NOAA-documented hail and severe wind event in Ottawa County, Oklahoma from 2016 to 2025. Ottawa County has logged 52 hail events in that time, 20 of them at 1.75″ (golf-ball) or larger, the size that routinely qualifies a roof for an insurance claim. Add 51 severe thunderstorm-wind events topping out at 74 mph, and most homes in the county have a documented weather event inside the typical carrier filing window. In Curbsight, a hail-hit roof shows up with its storm date already on the card, so nobody cross-references storm records by hand.
